Bushfires Appeal in Australia
Australia is being ravaged by the worst bushfires it has been hit with in decades, with large areas of the country devastated since these awful fires began sometime late July 2019.
Praying for all those affected by the bushfire and heartfelt gratitude to all those who continue to work tirelessly to protect our community and wildlife.

Australian Red Cross Disaster Recovery and Relief
The Red Cross supports a variety of efforts, such as helping people at evacuation centres and providing emergency assistance like cash grants to people who have lost their homes.
Salvation Army Disaster Appeal
Salvation Army team members are providing meals to first-line responders and evacuees and offering other support, Maj. Topher Holland, the organization's general manager of strategic emergency and disaster management, said in a statement.
St. Vincent de Paul Society Bushfire Appeal (NSW)
Vinnies' bushfire appeal helps provide food, clothing, and money that bushfire victims may need to pay their bills.
You can donate straight to the fire service or to your local Rural Fire Brigade to support volunteer firefighters.
Victoria Country Fire Authority Bushfire Disaster Appeal
Like with the Rural Fire Service, you can donate to a specific brigade or provide a general donation.
The Victorian government teamed up with the Salvation Army and Bendigo Bank for the appeal, saying that all funds go to communities in need.
The organisation has a GoFundMe page seeking funding for koalas affected by the bushfires.
New South Wales' Wildlife Information, Rescue, and Education Service rescues and cares for animals and is seeking donations for volunteer carers and rescuers.
Bendigo Bank Bushfires Disaster Appeal (Endorsed by Vic Govt)
Bendigo Bank's charitable arm has established a nationwide fund and six other funds for each state. All money will go to those who have lost everything for immediate relief.
Kangaroo Island Mayor's Relief Fund (Endorsed by SA Govt)
The South Australian premier and Kangaroo Island mayor have endorsed a relief fund set up to aid the recovery of the bushfire-ravaged island.
Donations can also be made to the state-funded rural fire services. Some states allow pledges to individual brigades.
