Italian Cuisine: The Pizza

To be honest, when living in Australia, to find the perfect Italian pizza I believe one has to source it!

So no this is not an article to give you the perfect recipe. The pizza when done well, is the most delicious meal, a tasteless pizza is a disaster. Memories of one of my best pizzas was in Paris - many years ago. I can still taste it. So let’s move on and give you some ‘delicious’ connections on the Gold Coast and Brisbane!
